HOUSTON, TX (January 13, 2009)—Dresser, Inc. has entered into a strategic supply agreement with Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR), becoming a preferred supplier of control valves and pressure relief valves for the global engineering, procurement, construction, operations, maintenance and project management firm.
Under the agreement, Dresser will supply Dresser Masoneilan® control valves and Dresser Consolidated® pressure relief valves for use in Fluor’s projects worldwide. Dresser Masoneilan offers a complete array of general and severe service control valves, actuators, pressure regulators and field instrumentation. Dresser Consolidated’s product portfolio includes a complete selection of safety valves, safety relief valves and pilot-operated safety relief valves.
Fluor works with customers in a broad range of fields, including oil and gas, power generation, chemical and petrochemical, life sciences, water and other process industries.

Resident engineers from Dresser Masoneilan and Dresser Consolidated also will share their product knowledge and expertise in control and pressure relief system design, working with Fluor engineers on valve selection and specification.
Fluor also will be able to tap into Dresser’s industry-leading global aftermarket service and support network, including Green Tag® Center (GTC), MARC® (Masoneilan Authorized Repair Center) and Dresser Direct facilities, authorized representatives and strategically located manufacturing centers around the world.
“Wherever in the world Fluor is working, we will be able to provide them with the expertise of factory trained and certified experts, local access to extensive inventories of genuine Dresser valves and parts, and the ability to rapidly tap into additional inventory
through our global network of manufacturing centers and service and support facilities,”
