Actuation for Regulators

The 10900 Series actuators are designed for use with the Dresser Masoneilan line of 500 Series regulators and powered directly by the process fluid. These actuators are available with different diaphragm materials in order to meet various temperature and fluid compatibility requirements. The 10900 Series actuators are either configured as spring-opposed assemblies or as differential pressure powered devices.

Selection Criteria

The 10900 Series is the standard line of actuators used with the Dresser Masoneilan Model 525 / 526 and Model 535 / 536 regulators. Configuration of the actuators are based on the regulator application requirements for regulating pressure reduction, back pressure or controlling pressure differential between the regulator inlet and outlet. Diaphragm material selection is based on fluid operating temperatures and fluid compatibility.
