Selection Criteria

The 75000 Series control valve is designed for direct installation onto tanks utilized within various chemical and petrochemical production processes. The valve can be directly mounted onto vessels with the seat ring captured between the valve outlet and the tank mounting flange. Plus, the 75000 Series is suited for slurry service applications, heater drain service and moderate pressure soot blowers.

Key Features

The operating environment of the 75000 Series control valve is often highly corrosive. Unique trim materials including special stainless steels and titanium are selected for anti-corrosion in severe conditions. In addition to the special materials, the 75000 Series trim is also designed with heavy plug guiding and contoured plug construction.
